Stamp for letters of art?

Recently joined a charity orginazation every month, sending letters or postcards. I want to jazz, with the seal of art in a formal class, and still be legible! Any suggestions, books, websites, welcome! two texts paper and a very limited budget. Printing paper designs, and possibly part of the text / signatures so I'm focused on. A letter is usually done on computer paper to consider art as beautiful, fun and professional business!

Wish you were a jazz or the text document itself, or what? If you want to keep spending shipping, you can use the powder, the stamp or drawn out (with a little sticky as emphasized ink and pens, or glycerin or ball pen ink) … then add the embossing powder for the rest of the dust and heat until it melts and turns into a puddle. When it cools, put the picture of what the color you used embossing powder (gold, red, etc.). For example, I want to highlight a small image (usually created with a rubberstamp) on top of some my "special" cards, gifts, advertisements, etc … or along the top, often using gold embossing powder. Oh, and you need to put the image on a sheet of transparency so that it can be photocopied on paper, if is writing / art already in the paper (photocopy - of a book on Dover frames or design your own - is a).
