Papier Machete

I just received a new Provo Craft Cricut machine, but the leaves are too sticky and the sticky paper tears!?

Has anyone else has this problem? How do you get the bits of paper sticking out of the page …? Nobody knows tricks or tips or good practice for paper sticking out of the page …? Nobody knows tricks or tips or good uses for this machine? I wanted it so bad and now I feel a little dissapointed! Thank you Deb, yes I have the tools, maybe I'm not using them correctly!

You'll love the Cricut, it must just be patient and play to understand. If your paper is heartbreaking, not because the sheet is too sticky, because there's too much pressure when cutting. I still Scrapbook wrong with the paper, but it's great on the box (which I use mostly anyway for cuts). Read the manual to learn how to adjust pressure and just do a lot of practice on scrap papers' Til You Get the hang of it. As far as getting the pieces of carpet adhesive, the best thing to do is get the spatula to sell what little they do. Everything falls off really easily with it. If you get the Cricut software that goes with you get even more endless possibilities with what you create. Wal-Mart has the cheapest $ 64.97 I think. It's $ 99.00 in Michael's! Good luck and enjoy!
