Does Cricut Cut Felt

I bought a beautiful Polka dot found a place to scrapbook. Will this cut in my Cricut. Also, I'd be happy if you told me places in Fort Worth, Texas where I could find cartridges.
The Cricut will not cut felt sorry. It will cut parchment to Bazill only. I use to cut Cuddlebug felt it was also made by ProvoCraft. What I suggest is finding cartridges go cricut.com online and click on "details" on the top and scroll down and click on "find a store." This help you find store. There is an online store that I know of that sells carts and you can use their 40% discount coupons to purchase so that you do not pay a high price. The store is acherryontop.com and subscribe to their newsletters online and there will be coupon codes at the bottom of the email. Finally, you can go to joanns.com cars for sale that match also expected that they go on sale so you do not pay full price. Good luck!
